It's been a different past year for everyone and definitely not the same that we are used to. The year could have been stressful, hectic, or busy for many people. Amidst the many changes that we've had to become used to, I made sure to set some time for a self care routine. Drinking water regularly and trying to eat healthier are included. What else is included is a spa day at home. I've set aside my favourite natural soaps, creams, and lotions to use for the occasion. I find it very calming and relaxing to take a break from everything and do something else to take care of myself. Using natural, chemical free products from local sources makes it feel even better.
